Cari Hotel di Alberta

"It truly was a castle in the Rockies. The staff made sure it was a memorable trip for my entire family"

"Fantastic stay very affordable kitchen is set up great. Do need to bring face clothes and body wash conditioner and shampoo but price is right for that. And view is fantastic"

"The airport shuttle was very convenient to have. There are two restaurants, a nail spa and a salon on the premises - convenient too. "

"Very clean and good service"

"We stayed in a one bedroom suite with kitchen. I loved the location on the edge of town surrounded by trees and beautiful scenery. It was a 5 minute drive to the downtown parking areas and we walked to most places from there."

"We arrived a bit too early for check in but the front desk staff processed our reservation, gave us the keys and maps and invited us to wander around the hotel until our room was ready. Once it was ready, I received a text with our room number so wecoukd go right up. The hotel and location are stunning and all of the staff we encountered were exceptional. The beds at this Fairmont were more comfortable than the Fairmont in Banff."

"We have stayed at the Hidden Ridge many times and have always enjoyed our stay. This visit was a little disappointing with the fact the jets weren’t working properly in the hot tub and the firewood was a little damp and hard to keep a fire burning."

"The views, especially after the first snowfall of the season, was simply amazing! I loved the 24/7 coffee, and the hot apple cider. Very convenient "

"The check in was fast with upgrade and early room.Staff were friendly and helpful.Looking forward for our next stay."

"Hot tub was really nice and hallways was really toasty. Almost too warm but it was better than cold. Love the location and all staff were really friendly and pleasant! We loved the Good Folk restaurant too! The servers and service were awesome! I would totally recommend and go back! Location was awesome, very quiet. There is a convenience store just across the street which was nice. Love the free shuttle option too! Only one thing that could be improve is to put a sign were the parking is....

"Great boutique hotel in the heart of Banff. If you want the convenience of shopping and restaurants right outside your door then this is the place. We had a King room, French doors to the bathroom, huge jetted tub with separate privacy door to the shower and toilet, no balcony in our room but big windows and tons of space in the room. We would definitely stay there again. If you want a quiet little mountain retreat, this is not for you. If you want to be in the center of downtown Banff, you will...

"This was one of the best places I have ever stayed.....Staff was absolutely awesome, the property is very well maintained. The food was excellent, waiters and waitresses could not have been more helpful. The price was more than right!! Would recommend to anyone going to Canmore!!!"
