"Love the distance to airport and free shuttle. Staff was great especially Perla! Drinks on property a bit expensive but thats expected. Pools were amazing."

I’m not sure where all of the negative reviews come from check-in was smooth. The property was clean. There was a lot of amenities to keep us entertained the food was good. I really enjoyed myself at this resort and will definitely be returning."

"honestly, an amazing day the room stayed clean, even with how unorganized we got the ladies always came to make sure we had a clean space throughout the staff was so helpful and friendly and nice. The pool was amazing with the view. I loved it every second of the hot tub was perfect and honestly, the hotel was amazing. Only problem. I did not like the sargassum on the beach, but that is a natural problem in the hotel that their best to keep it clean."

"The room (1206) AC didnt go below 77 degrees. I called the front desk they said they would send someone , dont think any one came the AC wouldn't go lower the 4 days we were there. Also it is listed as a partial ocen view. You are on the bottom floor and Can Not see the ocean from the room at all. Room was clean but old. The staff was friendly."

"Every employee working at The Blue Sail hotel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had forgotten to bring an adapter to be able to charge my cell phone and they lent me one for the entire week. Chris, the chef, makes the most delicious veggie omelettes. I had such a wonderful time. I will be back next year!"

Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired."
