"The Morgan hotel is beautiful boutique style hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I was satisfied with my stay there. My favorite part was the beautiful clear blue pool area overlooking the ocean. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and there are other restaurants and activities within walking distance from the hotel, such as maho beach and nearby restaurants. "

"I would not recommend. To be a “4 star” hotel, there is no way I should hear guests walking above me, hearing furniture move/people taking in adjacent rooms. Couldn’t enjoy peace and quiet while on vacation. "

"The hotel is isolated with 2 restaurant options, both great. Pool is beautiful, beach unfortunately full off seaweed and unusable to no fault of the resorts. Car is a must if you want to see the island. Overall we were very happy with resort and would return. "

Staff were rude, service was slow, and drink options were oddly restricted depending on time and location. Basic things were frustrating, no coffee for the in-room machine, the café closed early, and even getting toast for my sick child turned into an argument. Housekeeping was unreliable. "Two twin beds together is not a queen bed. I had a hard time sleeping since the beds keep separating when you are on the bed, so uncomfortable and annoying. Why do you need a separate key for the elevator? Tell the staff to give that necessary key to guest to be able to use the elevator to get to your own room. No cleaning for a whole week? "Stayed in April,2026. We upgraded to the premium all-inclusive at check in (get premium alcohol & free access/dinner to Mix)— we found this worth it as we ate at Mix twice for $150/each time. "The room and view are amazing. It has a nice pool, although the layout is a bit backwards. The pool bar is in the shallow end and that is where the MANY children at the resort splash and play so it was a bit inconvenient; especially when pool water would end up in your drink.
