"Our room was absolutely filthy when we checked in: debris all over bathroom floor, coffee grounds in the coffee maker, shower drain was clogged and flooded, AC was terrible, tv broken, cold water in the shower at times. Restaurants were hit or miss. Terrible selection of beer/wine. Drinks served in paper cups. Asked for shampoo and body wash 3x before they refilled it."

"The view from the room was great looking out on mullet bay. The room was clean. The staff was not helpful if anything went wrong i had to go to the other tower. The arrangement for floor i was on was managed by different people. I worked with the arrangement and everything went well after that. Breakfast was great. Kitchen was ok but you better be ready to do a little shopping. Housekeeping was there when you needed anything."
