"The property is fine, however parking is $45 per night and a $25 fee per hour for late check out is pretty ridiculous. The rooms are not updated, the bathrooms in the lobby were not clean, and the fitness center had a machine down. For those extra fees, I expected better."

"I think a security guard would help a lot there is a lot of homeless people here they stay in the parking lots on the stairs by the pool it’s very uncomfortable I’m afraid but I have my son who I can have walk me to my car why so I stay here it’s because the staff I love"

"Rooms were clean but very small. Website says sleeps 3 but only 1 bed and no couch or pop up bed. Was disappointed when we saw the room."

"I booked a room for my mom who came from out of state for a six day stay. The location was great. The property was clean quiet and safe. This will definitely be her go to spot to stay at when she’s in town."

"I got so disappointed when I got inside the room it didn’t smell clean, the bathroom wasn’t that clean specially the tub, and the sink faucet. The beds aren’t too comfortable either, pillows for sure need to be replaced they are very flat and dated. I felt like I paid for the stay at a motel with the price of a hotel. Prices are very competitive around and not cheap to stay. Location was the only good thing so 1/10"

"When I walked into our Best Western room in San Juan Capistrano, I was blown away by how modern and clean the room was. Exceptional room for sure! The room was spacious and very clean. The entire property is well-maintained, and the continental breakfast was legit, including a waffle station. About 10 minutes from the Los Rios Historic District, which was a real treat to visit, and only minutes away from other eateries. We accidentally left behind some new purchases from our trip.
