"Everything was great besides are washer was broken. We packed lightly with the knowledge and washer and dryer was an included amenity. When we reported it, they said they would send maintenance up to look at it. I then received and email, it would be Monday when they could get a technician there, which was after our check out. That was my biggest issue. They were kind when I reported then will not respond to follow-emails. The resort as a whole is nice but was disappointed that they didn’t care...

"Very clean which is huge for me. Everything was great except one thing, no blackout curtains or curtains in general in the main bedroom and it was so bright at 6a."

"Was not informed they were undergoing construction during our time of our stay. We had no railing on our balcony and i had a 2 year old with me that could of easily fallen off the 13th floor if i were to have my patio door open. All of the pools were closed as well (again not informed about this.) Called Expedia and expressed my safety concerns along with our amenities not being use able at that time. Expedia helped us find a new place to stay and we left."
