"Property and housing keeping and front desk and bar staff were excellent. However the security officers at the Property were very rude and unprofessional. "

"This property was horrible, this was suppose to he a resort and they charge a resort fee of $20 a day! The mattress was trouble, no room service no towels, no bed changing within the 3 days staying there. The last day there was no hot water! I would not recommend staying here and it wasn't even spring break! "

"Great ocean view from balcony ---should bring your own dishes, glasses, and silverware for kitchenette....they had knives, pot & pans, coffeemaker, refrigerator. Room was clean. The thing I was surprised by --they have started charging $15 a day for parking --was not noted on website anywhere. Beach was wonderful and pool was nice. "

"The air cuts off every time you leave the room and also while you are asleep. Had roaches in the bathroom. Pool was nice."

"There was trash under the bed from previous guests. The a/c was broken when we arrived. It wasn’t fixed until day 2 of our stay. The tv didn’t work and even though we reported it to the front desk, it was never fixed or replaced. The mattresses were absolutely horrible to sleep on because of the dips and lumps. The place seems outdated and dirty. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location and view of the beach. "
