Beautiful room we stayed in, ample parking, places to eat and explore on site, fast elevators that felt safe, nice staff.

Bike week stay

It was great had no issues with anything. Very comfortable beds. Restaurants and stores were great.

I loved the room we stayed in! It was massive! I didnt expect to walk in to a loteral apartment! The view was beautiful! Just what i wanted! The little restaurants were absolutley delicious and the resort was close to everything! Best stay ever!

The elevator situation is not ideal and the ac in 1529 should be better. Overall we had an excellent experience and definitely would stay again.

Very large condo resort with roughly 20 floors. Renovations ongoing throughout which is needed. Very large rooms which is nice but had a weird smell

Very satisfied with the place overall.. but very unhappy in how Expedia setup the package deal with the flight… I had to drive 2 hours from Destin… this was very inconvenient and insulting… especially for the price I paid… flights cost the same going into Panama City

Place is nice, only thing I didn’t like is the beds had a nasty smell to them. Really didn’t like that. But other than that its really nice.

No where did it say having to deal with mold mildew smell and having to empty water out of machines… I have stayed at other rooms there and they have always been 10/10. But this one was 3/10!!

No extra towels or communication what so ever took two days to get laundry detergent and staff was rude calling the people who owned it never got a response

It’s listed as ocean view and on the beach. It was across and the balcony faced the other way. And theirs is an insanely high parking fee that’s not mentioned til after you book the room. Had several lights that didn’t work in the room

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that made the difference between excellent and fine. For instance, the main bedroom had sliding door access to the balcony. It was east facing and had a view of a lovely lake/green space but also the main roads. The window treatment on the sliding doors was not blackout and also did not completely close, so the morning sun (at 5am) came straight through as did the street lights, car lights, business signs, and traffic lights at night.

The unit was nice and style however the AC did not work and the temperature was constantly 79°, also the towels and the rugs were extremely dirty and filthy but everything else was nice

I didn’t like the fact I didn’t have internet the entire stay none what so ever, my kids couldn’t play on their tablets and my wife couldn’t do her work. 3 days no net, they told me someone would come troubleshoot everyday and no one never showed.

One of the bathroom towel had a pubic hair on it. It was disgusting. They need to do a better job cleaning. The extra blanket in the walking closet was stain and dirty. The refrigerator smelled like fish. The lady at the check in/ lobby was rude making unnecessary comments. She asked my fiancé if I was his wife, girlfriend or side chick.

The people at check in were only concerned about making sure we paid for parking. They told us nothing about how to get to our room. When we asked if there were luggage carts we had to give our ID to use a plastic utility cart. When we got to the room there was a dead roach in the drawer with the silverware and no garbage bags or paper towels. We called and complained. We were brought trash bags and paper towels but continued to see roaches the entire stay. The room itself was nice but I will never stay again. It’s a very long walk to the beach, rude staff, and roaches.

The most unique thing about this location is how large the condo is!! I literally gasped when I walked through and saw all of the rooms and how beautiful the space is. The double doors leading out of the living area onto the balcony, and also from the bedroom too! I was blown away! The master bath having the tub and also standing shower, it was just so beautiful. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous and the beds were so comfortable. It was all so beautifully decorated and I wanted to stay in the room as much as I wanted to explore the amenities around us. I might come back just to experience the luxury of this particular condominium. The only negative experience was the long line of checking in, it took about 1.5 hours standing in line, my 19 month old was restless and impatient- but to be honest I would do it 10 times over. It was worth every second of the line once we got to our room. I am amazed and can’t wait to come back to the Wharf Resort!!
