"Great hotel and great location. Big rooms, lots of amenities including unlimited refills of a free minibar. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Parking is free if you’re a guest. Rooftop bar has a great view and guests can walk in without a reservation. TVs in rooms are old fashioned pay per view style with a few rubbish channels, and the remote is bespoke so no option to watch your own streaming services like a more modern setup would allow - this is my only criticism. "

Theres even a water cooler to refill our waterbottle, thats a great initiative! location is great, easy access to major mall/attraction in the heart of KL. Food is superb! breakfast counter the is one of the best. tanburi is also delicious, must try mushroom bryani! overall its a great stay! thanks :)"

"At check-in, I asked if the room I booked has any special view which the staff said no. Few seconds after that, she said she moved my room to the one with the twin tower view due to low occupancy. How nice. My daughter and spouse were absolutely loved the view. Thank you"
