"Room very clean very modern. Staff were brilliant . I use a wheel chair and the main lifts were out of order but staff gave me rear excess key next to there service lift which really helped Only issue i had room was really hot and i had no way adjusting thr temperature in the room which i just had to open the windows but being on 6th floor and having yoing child with me was a worry . The main windows do open all the way they should have a way to stop this as i was worred toleave windows open perhaps a security chain or some style lock"

"Great location for transportation and visiting the theater and many restaurants/pubs nearby. Room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We would have liked more pillows on the bed and fluffier ones. Breakfast variety was excellent, the buffet was HUGE and staff were constantly refreshing items. The breakfast room was noisy and a bit chaotic because there were a lot of guests, but we were seated immediately each time we visited. Staff were very friendly and efficient! Overall a very comfortable stay. "

"Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion. We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the gym area. She was so kind and approachable. Thank you Casie "
