"We absolutely love the Holiday Inn Express and had such a great stay. The staff was, without a doubt, the friendliest we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. Angela, who helped us at check-in, had such a warm and welcoming personality. She is exactly the kind of person any business would want as the first point of contact for their guests. Having the pool and hot tub open until 11 PM was a huge bonus. The water was warm, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind. Breakfast was also excellent, and...

"Room was spotlessly clean. Bedding smelled fresh, not likre bleach. Check in was quick. Front desk phoned us to see if everything was ok and did we need anything (we've never had this done before) - this was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fine."

"I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful."

"Aside from a squeaky shower head and a small improvement that could be made to the breakfast, everything was great. The hotel was very clean, and I love that the rooms now have flooring instead of carpet — it really makes the space feel fresher and cleaner."

"We paid a lot of the jacuzzi tub in room. We couldn’t use it, shower drink or even brush our teeth. The water was brown and gross. Even after “flushing the pipes” for over an hour. They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. "

"Rooms are very outdated. The beds are incredibly hard. I could not get comfortable and had to move to the other bed so i wouldnt wake my partner with the tossing and turning. The elevator is sketchy, the shower doesnt drain completely but the breakfast was decent."

"No kettle in the room for boiling water for tea and no kettle available from lobby to borrow. Lobby coffee machine doesn't make a good tasting coffee (it's weak and tastes artificial)."
