"The Lodge was nice and clean and tidy and spacious, we loved the hot tub! In General a nice place, could do with a few maintenance updates, one of the single Divans have seen better days, the Shower in the Ensuite doesn't get very warm. All in all, its a very cosy lodge with some great added features a little bit of maintenace fixing this would then be an amazing break"

"The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...

"Breakfast was very good . Room was spotless.10 mins walk to city centre . Very close to Barbican centre . Great choice of recommended restaurants we went to thai tapas khaosan road again very good .The owners were very nice and went out of their way to help. Will be booking next trip to york"
