The staff is top. Gentle people. The elevator was broken, so I had to do more exercise to go my room - not so good experience when I had to carry heavy weights. But I can live with this. :)

Great location!! Each bed had a PowerPoint and two USB ports - very convenient for charging everything you need to make the most of your trip.

I felt this accomodation is very safe and clean. And the staffs were very friendly😊

They allowed us to check in quite late. We spent the day exploring London then checked in close to midnight. The rooms were clean and fairly quiet.

This property is like staying in a rural location in the middle of nowhere and yet you are 3 minutes from a main train station to London and beyond. The room was clean, duvet and pillows great and the bed was comfy. Staff in reception were super nice I loved it!
