"This is a cozy family-run business with a friendly and helpful staff. It's an older building with clean rooms and all the basic and essential ammenities. Nothing fancy, just solid accommodations at a convenient locaiton, a very short walk to Paddington station. The included breakfast has good variety and several hot food options. Highly recommendation for the traveler who quality simplicity. "

"Our room had the wrong beds but the staff were very quick to rectify the situation. The room had a lovely view of the Thames. We had a lovely meal at the restaurant and drinks at the rooftop bar. "
