We enjoyed our stay, and the restaurant in the hotel had a great breakfast. All the staff were really great. We had a few encounters with the staff there, and they were all very positive. We enjoyed the area and being able to walk to a fun shopping complex just across the street. The hotel needs another elevator. There was a super long wait, and my husband carried our large luggages down the stairs. If you leave at prime time, make sure you save time for the elevator wait (it was 10 minutes before he just decided to carry things down).

The Hotel was pleasant, clean and conveniently close to the metro. The staff was helpful. The accommodations were simple but more than adequate. Not close to tourist sites but I knew that when booking.

The only feature that makes this hotel a 1* is the restaurant next door. Unfortunately wont stay again. Our room was dirty and the floor was full of womens hair strands. The mattresses was also stained. We asked for extra pillows but the hotel had run out of them. Staff were polite enough but it just was not comfortable. Avoid spending your hard earned money here and try somewhere else.
