"Clean room, Staff friendly, Airport shuttle is excellent and easy to find, breakfast is great, this is our second time staying at this property and we will return, great idea for early departure or late night departure. Would recommend this hotel to our friends and family Only we had wonderful and relaxing stay. Only downside far from everything."

"Eventually we got a room that smelt ok, I was very appreciative of the gentleman who called the front desk for us when we were unhappy with the smoke smell in the room. The next room smelt like fish noted by the gentleman also. Then the next room was overwhelming musty. The last room thank goodness was good. However the fridge didn’t work twice and needed replacing. They promtly both times replaced the fridge. The staff are exceptional service and welcoming one of the main reasons we love to stay at grande centre point hotels. The location is also fantastic at Sukhumvit unfortunately we were too unwell to enjoy it. The rooms are very beautiful and set out well. "
