"Amazing stat from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location, so easy to get to and central to bus and train connections. The check in and check out process was smooth with friendly receptionists - they even gave us a list of recommended hotels for dinner that night based on what we fancied. The rooms were so lovely though sound from corridors from others' conversations were quite loud but didn't bother us too much as it stopped pretty quickly. The beds were noisy/squeaky but super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean, rooms were modern and it was a very pleasant stay. We requested a breakfast box for one day as we couldn't have breakfast due to an excursion/early start - they sorted this for us perfectly and it was really well equipped - lasted us a long time. The breakfast buffet was also really good I was pleasantly surprised - the eating area was peaceful and nice to eat in. Finally on our last day the receptionist gave us great advice to go to the very first bus stop to get the bus to the airport so we don't miss it and it worked out perfectly! "Excellent hotel set in quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get about thanks to excellent transport links. Lots of options for food within 10 min walk. Hotel itself very clean and well presented, room tidy and neat with shower and basin and good bed. "

"This Hotel is a perfect place to be based on Lake Como. The hotel itself is perfect, I don’t think the four stars are enough. Clean, modern, very friendly staff, comfortable beds. The location right on the lake amazing views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful landscape. The breakfast is superb. Definitely recommend."

" The hotel is exquisite. My room, the junior suite, was moderately priced, and had a huge terrace with a lake view, as did the high-ceilinged room with a big arched window. Every detail was luxurious, and it was immaculate. It was nicer than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was grand, the common sitting room was gorgeous, the staff was warm and helpful, and it’s just steps from the lake and the duomo. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. It helped make Como the highlight of my trip so far. "

"The front desk staff were wonderful as we checked in. They were all very helpful. The breakfast staff equally inviting and took care of us. My birthday was absolutely wonderful and they brought a fantastic brownie treat for my big day. Spa is a must, great massages and lovely spa to enjoy after. Seriously Como Hilton, you knocked it out of the park with this location!! 10stars all around Cheers!"
