"The hotel was great. We were offered a reasonable upgrade when we checked in. The staff was helpful and offered great customer service. The automated inquiry line was also helpful and quick to respond. The furniture inside the room could use some work or upgrade. We really liked the easy access to the lobby from the self-parking area. "

"We were in San Clemente for a wedding that was just across the street from Casablanca Inn, so we booked this hotel for convenience but we were super happy with our stay. Our room was clean and quiet (except the window unit ac going on and off all night but we just kept the fan option on the second night to reduce that noise). The continental breakfast was great. There is a good coffee shop a short walk away that we enjoyed both mornings. The parking is a bit tight but we never had an issue...
