"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. "The property comes with free parking which was key for me. Parking out here can be very expensive if you are staying for a longer period of time. The property is an older one but for the price you can get a lot of room and it came with cooking utensils. Communication was fine with the owners. The locations a great as it is in a beautifully developed area and near the beach. The beach was only 10 minutes away in fact. I chose this property because I didn't feel the need to over spend at a hotel...
