"The suite was very nice with wonderful view of the ocean. One of the issues that made our stay not so comfortable was the unusually long wait for the elevator regardless of the time of the day. Only one elevator was available most of the time, occasionally two, never all three. The smell at the beach level was very unpleasant, perhaps of the leak at the ground floor. "

"The renovations were well done however you can tell the team was not properly trained. There was no room service available, the floors of the rooms were not well cleaned and the service at the pool and beach were spotty. "

"The room smelled horrible, with strong smell of mold and cigarettes even though we were given a non smoking room. The bathroom was filthy, with hair all over and mold all around the corners of the shower. The valet staff took over 1 hour to get our car and people who arrived after us got their car before us. Would not recommend and will definitely not be coming back. "

"It is a very basic accommodation option. Average level of cleanliness. Fair price for service in that location. They charge extra for parking. Look for better options around."
