"Staff was great, friendly and very attentive. Hotel is a dump though. It needs a lot of work, motel-like at best. The rooms and bathrooms were only repainted but falling apart which doesn’t make sense when the restaurant on-site is ridiculously overpriced. Good service and drinks but mediocre food, had to walk over to a different restaurant afterwards. Housekeeping tried opening the door regardless of being told no. We only needed to spend one night but I wouldn't stay there again or recommend."

"Old grand dame has sadly gone downhill. No chairs by the pool, uncaring and often rude staff and servers at the vastly overpriced poolside restaurant La Cote. No coffee maker in the room, massive lineup at the little overpriced coffee bar near the lobby where guests flock because that’s your only option. Obnoxious guests with children packing hot tubs and playing football in the pools. It’s really gone in the wrong direction and hilariously ironic are the photos of Sinatra snd Rat Pack members who probably enjoyed the hotel in its heyday. They are rolling in their graves at the lack of service and low class shrine the Fountainbleu has sadly become."

"This was a nice place to stay. Rooms were nice, not too far from the beach and about 10 min walk to shops, food etc. If I'm ever down that way, I will most definitely book again! 👍"

"It's a lot of space and a beautiful property. Beware, it's a 12 minute walk between properties. I ended up at the property that is further away (next to Publix). It was a hassle lugging luggage at check in as well as check out. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the stay."

"When in Bal Harbour, this is one of the best hotel to stay, not only because of its location but because of its staff. Everybody is so attentive and the rooms are always super clean ."

"Parking was a struggle and you had to pay, staff were rude and my room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in, so they told me i can stay until 1pm after check out. Day of check out room service came and was trying to get us out but we explained to him what happened during check in, when he called the front desk lady same one who told us we can stay until 1pm was claiming she never said it. Overall rooms and conditions were clean but can be updated. Would i stay again? probably not parking was a struggle and that’s the main "
