"Good value apartment in North Miami Beach. Conveniently located for the beach (around 5 min walk ) the free Miami trolley service both North and South (1 min ) CVS , Walgreens within 5 mins walk. I Hop and Publix 15 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants local for all budgets (Burger and Shakes was best food and value just down the road) Apartment itself is as pictured and recently modernised so ideal for those wanting to cook for themselves. Host was quick to communicate via Expedia system and text...

"We loved our stay here! Everything is incredibly clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was super friendly and accommodating! I would recommend renting a car if you’d like to get into some of the other parts of the city. The only thing that could have made this hotel better was the ability to order food by the pool! It’s truly a gem though and there are plenty of food options within walking distance. "

"Great place to stay. The bad news is that the location and outside appearance is disarming and makes you fear that you will be very disappointed. However, when the open the door you will be delighted at the cleanliness and good condition everything is in. It is far more spacious that I expected. and an unbelievable bargain. The only place to stay while in north Miami. "

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "
