Lovely hotel with great amenities. Staff was fabulous. Iqra at the front desk is so professional and friendly! Would definitely return again, just wish it was closer to downtown Austin.

I did like how they catered to the majority of their clientele by including different items in their breakfast menu. Every time I went up to the front desk no one was there and had to wait around 8-10 min for someone to arrive. Other than that, the stay was alright

This property is beautiful! I love the fact that they have a filtered water system so I don’t have to buy any bottled water. I’d like their amenities, breakfast and wine, at night And much more.

This is a great property. Loved the breakfast, very friendly staff, especially Jesus. Let me check in a couple hours early. Only small complaint is the shower fixtures. They are a cheap plastic with a chrome coating, and I had to use 2 hands to turn the water on/off. I stayed at the sister property next door a few months ago and had the same fixture issue. Overall I preferred Element.

What a surprise !
Have some little issues with the room we got but front desk gave us a different room. Big improvement on Service and cleaning. We were avoiding to stay at element but now we will be happy to come back

Room was spacious, full of amenities, friendly staff. Couple of minor issues-no hot water in shower. Overall would recommend, stay again.

The staff were amazing! Great positive experience. Lots of things to choose from. If you take advantage of the winding down part (some people forget that after check in) then you will enjoy it more. Pet friendly all the things will definitely stay again.

Property was nice, staff was friendly. Room servicing was a disaster. Requested to have room cleaned with fresh towels each day (other than a holiday) but had to ask house keeping staff directly one day, and was not completed at all the next day.

Walls way too thin but very clean and nice.
Walls were way too thin. Heard toddlers on my ceiling, running and screaming every night. Kids yelling in hallways, dogs barking, other neighbors tvs ...all this around midnight. Was reported but it didnt help. Overall very clean.

Wife and I in town meeting friends to enjoy the downtown bars and restaurants. The hotel is only 5 minutes away. Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very clean, nice and quiet, and great amenities. There is not a very clear logo/branded main entrance (we thought we were entering a back door), the hotel lobby was nice and the free breakfast helped start off the day on the right foot. Lots of parking, and felt safe and secure. Would stay again.

Awesome stay at Round Rock, TX
Element Austin Round Rock is an excellent hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the North Austin area. It has great infrastructure, outstanding cleanliness, spacious and fully equipped rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, and good food. I will give it a 5-star rating any day. It's hard to put in words as to how good this place is - you will have to stay there to experience it.
