Money worth

The new room is smaller than the older room, but the decoration and new room set up is better. There is a balcony so I can hang my clothes out to dry.

Terrible terrible terrible

Checkin: i only given 1 room but i booked 3 rooms under same confirmation no. Need to wait longer before they gv me the other rooms. Staff so cold not even smile. Room: they dont even have iron in the hotel. It’s the most basic amenities. My fault for not checking in advance & should i knw, wont make booking with them. The sliding door cant be close and very worried about my safety. Wifi: so slow! Keep on disconnected.

A little far from central area but nice and quiet

Fully functional. Glad we stayed here during Songkran as the downtown areas were booming with music.

Overall okay, bed is hard but is clean. Room without themal pot and coffee, have to request at lobby restaurant when require. Also without hair dryer inside the room, only few units at reception, propose to request upfront when during check-in.

only 6 hotel available during peak season due to last minute decision to visit hatyai . hotel not located in the city centre but not far u can get tuktuk ride with 100tb or lower for 2 person from lee garden area . hotel allow us for early check in and flexible on policies . no breakfast included . i believe the hotel is just newly touch up .overall is acceptable .
