"Pretty good overall. No standouts but nothing bad either, except for the fact that the shower did not work or was confusingly designed. The television remote did not work well either. Besides that, I had no problems. Lots of food for breakfast and it was good, room service was prompt and helpful, and room was clean."

Si il y a Des points à améliorer serviette au spa à remplacer en très mauvaise état c’était le seul point négatif espérons que cela soit corrigé lors de notre prochaine venue car nous reviendrons surment ! "Overall, this is a good hotel that offers excellent value for the money. The room was comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The only area that could be improved is cleanliness of some frequently touched items. The light switches, air conditioner controls, and the TV remote control could be cleaned more thoroughly. Paying a little more attention to these details would make the guest experience even better."

"Not the best location in Istanbul I think but it was close to the location we needed. Dining options are a 15 minute walk away for the best options. Onsite breakfast was very good. The desk and space in the room were very cramped making it difficult to work from the room."

"The staff at this hotel are top-notch. Give them a raise. The hotel is a bit worn. The gym is passable, though the weight machine is a bit rickety and could use some repairs or replacing. Location is ok. Walking distance to where you need to go. What would make this hotel better is if the doors from neighbors rooms did not automatically heavy-slam shut and shake the walls of the room you are staying in. For this reason, I doubt I would return to this hotel unless absolutely necessary."
