"We arrived late at the hotel and was greeted by very helpful staff. Our room was more than what we expected. The room didn't have that "hotel smell" - it was very clean. The bathroom was very spacious, had great lighting and ample countertop space. When I called the front desk inquiring where we could fill our water bottles, they sent someone up with water bottles for free. We wanted to get something to eat that night but there weren't any restaurants nearby. That's the only downside for this...

"Excellent property, lovely spa and swimming pool. Gym was very well equipped and better than many 5 stars we have stayed in previously. The entire stay was lovely, very comfortable beds. Only one setback was that unfortunately shower gel was empty and hair conditioner was on its last pump when we checked in, after asking front desk to refill we did not fine it refilled when we returned to our room. We would still return and stay again if we ever have to fly out of SAW."
