"i arrived to this hotel late night after a very long trip hoping for just a few hours of rest ! in the room when i tried to turn on the air condition, I realized that it's not working and even the AC switch is missing so I went downstairs and explained this for the receptions, and they said their condition is broken. I even asked for a fan to be able to survive the very hot night and they refused so all night I couldn't sleep because of the heat and humidity in the room and early morning I left...

"Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer, das sehr aufgeräumt, sauber und großzügig geschnitten war. Besonders positiv war die Größe des Zimmers, man hatte ausreichend Platz und konnte sich gut bewegen.
Das Bett war bequem und sorgte für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist gut – die Metro-Station ist in etwa 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was sehr praktisch ist. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, bei dem wir uns wohlgefühlt haben."
