"The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The location was great and overall the hotel is very nice if you need to stay close to the airport with high quality spa, services, food and staff."

"Don’t have high expectations. The room cleanliness was acceptable, but the bed sheets were not very clean. When we pulled back the top sheet, we noticed dirt and stains on the sheet underneath. The carpets were also dirty, and I woke up with several bites, although I’m not sure whether they were from mosquitoes or another type of insect. The outdoor pool was under maintenance during our stay, so we couldn’t use it. One thing I found frustrating was that guests are asked to wait while staff...
