Good for business in the Asian part

Good hotel, but quite far from Istanbul airport. I should have booked my flight from Sabiha. Good location if you want to stay in the Asian part. Dont use it if you plan visit to European side

Good hotel.

My room was a junior suite on the 16th floor with a huge balcony. Amazing views. Would definitely stay again. I didn’t use the bar or restaurant on this trip so can’t comment on those.

On the good side, the dinner in the hotel was excellent. Turkish food is generally delicious, but the hotel's chefs made it so good that I savoured every piece of it. The bed was comfy, and the duvet was great, warm, but not too hot. On a less brighter side, the towels clearly had better days, they were grayish and worn-out. The hotel has a massive problem with the plumbing, once you open the tap in any position, scolding hot water starts pouring out, and you have to wait for a few minutes before it gets to normal temperature. My sink's drain was partially clogged, I asekd to clean it three times, but either the staff didn't understand me or couldn't fix it. The water still wouln't go down the sink as I was checking out. Overall, it's a great place, but poorly run, and penny-pinching at every opportunity, which spoils the impression.
