"Great hotel near the center. Walking distance to everything. I enjoyed the quality of the hotel and the roof top bar was amazing. Good service. Rooms were a little small but not sure if that was because of my budget or whether the hotel rooms were just smaller due to the type/age of the building. All in all I would recommend and most of your time is spent outdoors anyway. "

The breakfast was a plus, nothing like starting your day with a cappuccino! Location is amazing, everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. Only critique, and it’s a personal one, is the firmness of the bed. I prefer a softer mattress. Nevertheless, I would stay here again! "

"Our stay at Grand Hotel Baglioni was nothing short of perfection. The staff were helpful and our room was clean. We had our complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us after a long travel. The hotel location was important to us as we wanted a stay at place that we could have access to the main sites. The hotel is literally across Santa Maria Novella train station. It’s a short walk to the Duomo, shops, cafe, grocery store (Conad) and even a self-serve laundry."
