"Very deceiving, doesn’t look like much from outside or the lobby but once you are in the rooms you realize what a carefully curated ambiance they have created. Tiny elevator for 2 people or one with luggage is quite useful since stairs are narrow and dangerous to walk up or down with luggage. Great location, great value!"

"Fanatstic bed and breakfast right in Florence’s city center! If you are looking for an intimate stay, I would highly recommend. If you are adverse to stairs or are older, a caution that you have to climb a few flights of stairs to get to your room. They are wide stairs and the staff is extremely helpful and helped us carry up our bags when we checked in."

"Residenza della Arti is located in the heart of Florence, and a 16 minute walk from the train station. My room was spotless and comfortable, with air conditioning, a rainfall shower, and digital TV. I enjoyed the included breakfast - it was really convenient to get something to eat before heading out to check out the city. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel at home."

"The outdoor space was amazing with great views. They advertised laundry but there was no laundry in the unit or on property-we chose this place as our midway point to do laundry and had to walk 10 minutes away to do laundry at a laundry mat."

"This was a lovely resort in a very walkable area of Florence. As soon as we got to the facility, a staff member sat down with us and reviewed the map with us and how to get to important places that we wanted to get to. They were very eager to make dinner reservations for us, which we found very helpful. It was a great location for walking pretty much anywhere we wanted to in town. The facilities is extremely clean and the breakfast was very delicious. We would definitely stay there again."

"Ideal location, a 3 minute walk from the Duomo and 20 minute walk from the train station. You must climb 77 steps to the top floor, providing nice views of the surrounding area. Self-service breakfast includes all the necessities. Spacious room (Giotto) with large en-suite and private deck. Wi-fi provided."
