"I love this hotel and it remains a favourite. It is classy but understated. Everything is efficient. The location is brilliant as very central and easy to get anywhere from its position as close to Town Hall station and trams to Circular Quay. Plenty of places to eat nearby but for a casual easy drink and meal the Italian cafe restaurant located in the hotel is great with good staff, and a casual vibe. I couldn’t fault anything and our room was quiet with a pleasant tree outlook ."

"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"Love everything about my stay. At check-in, Michelle was very kind. My room was not ready (of course, I was way too early) but luggages were already delivered to my room upon coming back later in the day. The room was spotless and spacious for a "studio". Washing machine and dryer were powerful. Bed was soft but feels like cocooning once I settled in. And shouldn't forget about the bath amenities, good quality, and in the convenient package rather than the huge bottle nowadays. Last but not...

"Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was excellent and attentive. There is no lift in the building so be prepared to take your luggage up and down stairs. The skylight in the room was a great addition for natural lighting. We were on the third floor and could not hear any noise from the pub on the ground floor. Overall an enjoyable experience and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend. "
