"Enjoying the Caribbean is always a crap shoot, Oyster Bay at this time of year was definitely a mix of good and bad. The counter staff was horrible but the bar and cleaning crews were so great!!!! I think this was the first time I have been hung up on in years but the actual staff that did the work were amazing. Poor customer service but great service, if that makes sense. If you want to relax this is the place, if you’re looking for a little action I don’t recommend Oyster Bay at this time of year."

"Our stay was amazing! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and the water so blue. We had such a relaxing week. The room was always kept clean. We had a wonderful view of the ocean and a great patio to sit on. The restaurant was incredible! The food was so fresh and so good. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fantastic. We can't wait to go back again. "
