"Have stayed here many times but it’s starting to go downhill.the breakfast buffet used paper plates now and you have to pay for pop. The housekeeping is rude about bathing in on the rkevators"

"Very nice, good bar and food, but very very pricey. Nice spa, but pool area -both indoor and out was very limited and outdated. Hot tubs were not functioning, spa pool was not functioning, less than 30 pool chairs for hundreds of guests. Water pressure in bathrooms were terrible."

"I thought the property was beautiful, clean rooms, quick and easy check in. I thought the bathrooms was terribly small, i could not hardley turn aroun in them or close door, and the pillows was too hard. But other than bathrooms the stay was great!"

"Room was nice. Only issue that we experienced was the shower. Lack of pressure is an understatement. I informed the desk as we were checking out as we only used the shower once. The large bathtub was nice to relax in after a lomg day"

"A little dated and water park not open."

"It was a nice place for the kids but your best bet is to book close to the water park because they have multiple buildings and can be put far out, the water park was amazing for the kids I was the perfect temp for them to be in all day. The rooms were nice but I did find a bunch of grapes scattered about in my room and they had people who weren’t staying at the hotel in the side pool that they have at one of the farther hotel rooms they offer. "

"Excellent lodging and location in Branson. Very pleasent and helpful staff. I would highly recommend. The hot tub could have been cleaner and the breakfast wasnt available until 7am. But overall a lovely place."

"Great hotel right on lake Ozark. Boat docks, swimming, lots of games, arcade. Pretty cool spot! Parking was not great. AC in room was so loud and old. Not clean. Fridge in room was great. Tv remote - the “off” button was actually the “on” button, minorly annoying figuring that out. "
