Great location and food

Best buffet in town by far. Excellent check in staff

Thank you to the staffs in Komune Living and Wellness. I have spent 9 days there and I had a good day. Our room was facing the park and sunrise. We had good view every morning and it energized us. The most advantages I have to say for staying there is the free parking and the available parking lots in that hotel. There is a 7 eleven just beside the hotel, make thing really convenient for us. The laundry room is also a big advantage so we can wash the cloths and the laundry room is clean too. I...

Location is superb! However there’s no complimentary parking

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Hotel room was clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance to many cafe/eateries, pasar seni lrt/mrt, petaling street. There are sufficient parking spots, however the parking area is quite narrow. Overall, pleasant stay for me and my girl. Would definitely come back again.

Love the hotel. Conveniently located above the mall, situated right smack in the middle of the shopping district, clean rooms, great service - rooms a tad smaller than the main banyan tree hotel from across the road but it's extremely liveable. Will be back!

Great hotel

Good vibe at common area for solo traveler and backpacker, clean environment, friendly and helpful staff. Most important it located at the strategic location which surrounding with good foodie and tourist spot, it very near to public transport hub as well. Thumbs up!

Excellent rooms, clean and modern. Plus it is near to mall.

a new boutique hotel that is nicely designed and all the amenities are premium grade. walking distance to many eateries, crews are friendly and welcoming. lots of movies are available, snacks are provided, and even sparkling water! room is spacious and they have a dyson hair dryer for you. i really love the indoor slippers they provided. i did not receive my welcome drinks tho (as stated in the booking), and the front desk staff forgot to notify me about my breakfast inclusion the following...

This is my third visit to the hotel and I still find this is the best hotel I have so far in KL with all the provided amenities. Walkable to restaurants and shopping area.

Very friendly, efficient and professional staff. Always helpful. My room was spotless; comfortable bed and lots of pillows; breakfast varied and delicious and catered for all cultures. Fantastic location. Rooftop pool is clean and very a lovely place to cool down. I would highly recommend the KL Journal Hotel

I am satisfied with their hospitality especially the location is so strategic near to the pavilion shopping mall. But i do hope there’s a new face in interior architecture in the lobby area with a modern design and elegant.

This is my first stay in Sunway Putra Hotel, normally I stay at Majestic & Hilton KL Hotel whenever I'm in KL. I must stay that it is a first great experience here. Pros : Easy access to shopping mall where you can get everything there, near to train and the place is accessible to other town route like bangsar, cheras, petaling jaya etc The room is fine, the bed is comfortable and I had a good sleep too. All the needs like mineral water, clothes iron, microwave are provided Cons : the...

We stayed at park royal For 7 nights in March 2015 and it was just amazing. We flew from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur and on arrival at KL my luggage didn't arrive so after 3 hours waiting n searching airport we left airport and headed to Park Royal Apartments. A bit stressed as I had no medication in which I must take daily. We arrived to book in and mentioned to guys at reception and they asked for paperwork and told me to go and rest and they would chase up my luggage we went and refreshed and...
