"The staff were very friendly and welcoming! They were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! The room itself was very clean and put together! The location is excellent as well! It’s only a minute drive into Alexandria Bay which was perfect! Highly recommend staying here! "

"The staff was warm and friendly. The room was clean. The toilet bowl is too, shallow! I’m a petite woman and my hand touched the water when I wiped myself. Men: Beware of the shallow bowl. The hotel needed a roof and some other damage managed. It rained but not in my room. I stumbled on a cracked and loose tile on the balcony. I loved the location, the lake view and beach access right outside of my door. I used the bbq grill and had a great dinner! I’d stay again!"

"We booked a night for the convenience of being in between Vermont & New York where we were doing some sight seeing. The hotel was quiet. (We didn't hear any slamming doors or loud people in the hallways.) Having the jacuzzi tub was a nice feature especially after hiking. The hotel is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We did have a few negatives. The pool was crazy packed so we skipped it. The furniture and decor is very dated. The room with the jacuzzi tub was a hodge...

"Very nice hotel; staff friendly and efficient. Room was large, very clean, nice linens. Breakfast was very limited, lots of carbs. We will definitely stay there again and bring our own breakfast"

"Everything and everyone was great except for when we arrived there was a fireman's convention of some sort and they reserved their parking spots with cones and chairs. There were no spots letft whatsoever. Just felt the hotel should have seen this and said something. Otherwise staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and updated tho some of the furniture was old and scratched, missing paint. The room also needs a chair or couch of some sort. "
