"It was 40+ years ago when I stayed at The Georgian. It did not disappoint me at all. I took my two teenage granddaughter and they had a great time. I was only disappointed they they were too young to go out on the kayaks without a parent or guardian."

"We had a great time. All the staff was helpful and courteous. The restaurant are nice and have good food. But if you want to change it up there is several restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed Pete's dinner a small old timey cafe. The park across the road is also a nice place and occasionally has live music. The beds are hard if that's what you like. "

Loved the breakfast baskets and the wonderful musician who entertained us one evening outside near the campfire and the free s’mores kits. Also free morning coffee or tea was a plus too. Perfect location with a nice walk to a beautiful stream."
"Have a great variety of food at a reasonable price. Beds could be firmer to soft for me. Accessible internet service. Great location and lovely view of the river, and bolt island. Close to restaurants and shopping. "

"Only disappointing thing was, the A/C
It sticks out on the balcony side that faces the lake. When it's runny you can't enjoy sitting outside because the heat and noise from the A/C. Of its already in the upper 80's to low90's. It's too hot. Otherwise it was great."
"Place was so convenient. The manager stopped by our room with 3 cold waters shortly after arrival which was really appreciated. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and while we stayed in a pet friendly 2 queen room, there was no evidence of odor of other dogs. Room was a nice size. Overall I think great value. "
