Careful as some cushions had gum stuck to it. 3. Hot water was spotty. Tip:. Put water pressure on low to have continuous hot water. 4. Dirt stains in the shower walls and tub, with dirty showers curtains. The hooks on the shower curtains weren't placed right,. Had to fix it to take a shower. 5. 2...

"Wow! What a gem!! Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Resort was immaculate. Pools were amazing , views of the valley of the kings. Gorgeous spot on the river for dinner and drinks snd just chilling. Our room had views of the river and swimming pool and was the biggest hotel room I’ve ever seen!! "

"This is our first time to Luxor and won’t be our last. My family and I have arrived from USA and Mr. Mostafa Mohammed gave us best experience. We arrived from the airport late night and he immediately checked us in and gave us a complimentary upgrade and dinner. He was also so quick at our checkout everything was smooth. Mr. Hamam was also great at welcoming us and showing us our rooms. The rooms are clean, the view is beautiful, staff are very helpful. We will definitely come again. "
