They updated me on any trips or excursions I wanted to go on which I found very helpful. The pool was lovely and clean with plenty of space to sit down and relax. "I booked the Cruise for 3 days over Christmas, but when I got to the Departure point at 12pm there was no such cruise boat, or cruise, I went to the office and I was informed the boat was somewhere else. Not the type of holiday at Christmas I was expecting, a total nightmare "
