We had a beautiful view watching the hot air balloons and we sat in the roof area which is where we also had breakfast, having a quiet drink in the evening. We didn’t use the pool due to time but it was spotless clean and well maintained. The hotel manager and his staff were very friendly, professional and made us feel very welcome. "Excellent hospitality!!! Mr Musa was beyond helpful and kind. The food was yummy I give 10/10 to the chef!!! The staff were helpful and kind well mannered. If you want to experience the village side of the country Nile panorama hotel is the beat choice . My family/kids and I enjoyed staying there alot . I recommend this place !!!"

"Rooms are outdated and very worn and old. The washrooms are quite filthy. Staff is not particularly trained well to greet and handle customers. It is by no way shape or form a 5 star hotel by how it operates, it reminds me more of a two or three star."

"Staff were great. The hotel is falling apart. Evidently two of the owners passed away and the place seems to be struggling. Some of the public areas in the hotel look to be junk storage. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on cardboard. The place is situated in an unpleasant part of the West side. Breakfast was fine. I’m sorry I can’t offer a kinder review. I cannot recommend this hotel."
