"Executive Club Lounge does not open till 10:00am. No breakfast staples - only coffee, tea, juices, alcohol (!!) Corner Suite - poor layout. Plug outlets at most impractical spots - none in the living room area. Outlets placed on wall by the desk not functional, and did not work. Plug outlets in bedroom were inside the drawer of only one bedside table. When you closed the drawer the wire dislodged, but not closing the drawer would be unsafe for getting out of the bed. Poor lighting in vanity...

"The windows did not seal and I could hear gardeners and birds chirping outside. Despite this being a beautiful hotel, they probably need to seal off the windows from the outside noise. Would probably not stay here again because I could not get a good nights sleep."

"已連續4年的生日慶生，共8次都選擇大溪笠復威斯汀。 豪華客房、行政套房、水療房等房型都有不同的特色，是住在台灣北部想要鄰近都市不用太遙遠的路途就能享受離開塵囂的地方。 近年平日入住多有遇到親子及年輕的旅客，但還是保有一定的品質，不會過於壅擠或喧鬧。有時候會有不同的活動以及飲食主題變換。遇過濟州島、港式....等 這一次體驗最好的是: 1.客房服務員協助自己帶的switch安裝，包含HDMI線及延長線的提供 2.11點退房後，櫃台人員還能在下午3點前提供館內設施使用，不會匆匆忙忙吃完早餐後要退房。 身為一個建築師，非常喜歡行政套房的格局、家具設備及寢具的選用，雖然在部分地方會看見10年來使用的痕跡，但未來仍會持續入住。非常謝謝館內人員用心的維護及服務，包含景觀維護，讓想要簡單短期休息的人可以很便捷的得到放鬆和紓壓的地方。"

"The hotel was everything you would expect from a top notch respectable Marriott. The property and rooms were impeccable, not a single piece of trash or anything out of place. The breakfast was phenomenal and highly worth it. I enjoyed the different cultural dishes which was a great change if pace from eggs n bacon."
