"Booked 2 superior rooms at RM600++ per room per nite. Arrived 1pm at hotel. Unfortunately no early check in was available. But saw them giving priority to group check in which hasn't arrive and their rooms were ready. Was informed rooms only available to check in after 3pm. Reception told us will call us once rooms are ready. So we went out for lunch. Unfortunately no one called us. The reception team could have more customer oriented training in handling customers! "My son and I overall enjoyed our stay here. Room and facilities though has signs of exterior & interior run down but for us as long as bed is comfortable, aircond works fine cold and bathroom clean with good shower & toilet that is good. Plus breakfast buffet was great too with variety of local and western dishes. Icy cold. (Chef taking care of roti jala). The other chef just placed it (from chiller) on the steamer not even 5 minutes. I wish i brought my food temperature kits with me to proof it - table not clean but cutlery already set up - Executive Lounge very cosy "
