"The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The facility is clean and classy. The roof top is perfect - it has shade and comfortable places to lounge. My son and I are grateful they let us check out and still use the roof top and spa while we waited to go to a concert close by! It was perfect!"

"This property is perched at the top of a beautiful neighborhood with incredible views of Mt Vesuvius, the Amalfi cost and even Capri in the distance. Very modern with multiple push button rain shower, auto lights and other modern features in the room. We had a virtual suite which means they convert the sitting room into a full king size bed since we were traveling with our daughter. "This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more...

"This was a great hotel with an unbelievable staff. The location was right on the water and near the Castle therefore plenty of options for dinner and site seeing. The room was great and breakfast each day was enjoyable. The beach staff was wonderful and helpful in all areas."

"Excelsior Belvedere was an amazing place to stay! We would definitely go back again. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, very nice amenities, and excellent service. Even the staff working around the grounds was friendly and helpful, from the hosts that show you around the hotel and gardens to those working to keep the grounds clean and functional, like Michele, who made sure we had umbrella shade and great pool side service.
