"Very Nice pool but the other facilities and rooms are not great. Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. The shower leaked and the coffee and breakfast were not very appetizing."

"This accommodation is a PARADISE in the heart of Forio, absolutely wonderful place. The interior and exterior has been preserved through Vito’s lovely Italian generation. "Carlo, the owner is really nice and does its maximum to help. The view from the terasse is just stunning. The breakfast is wonderful and I strongly encourage you to take the dinner option because it was delicious.
The room was large and nice but we miss a tea/coffee in room and the pool seems not very well maintained."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Zi Carmela. The staff was wonderful and accommodating (especially Loretta). The hotel is centrally located in Forio. Dina loved her spa treatments. We highly recommend staying at Hotel Zi Carmela when visiting Forio."
