Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. "This hotel is a hidden treasure. A truely magical place with it's own Buddist garden to explore and beautiful grounds, courtyard and their restaurant is exemplary. The hotel grounds are beautiful as are the spacious rooms. I cannot say enough about the staff. Without a doubt, the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever had the pleasure of working with.
