"This place was absolutely phenomenal! It was always very clean and there was plenty to do everyday that was scheduled by the resort. The beach was beautiful and seaweed free for the most part and the staff were all super welcoming. Food was actually really decent, this also includes the food brought for room service. The room was great and I would 1000% recommend this place! Will be back again myself."

"First impressions we love the resort. The style and grounds are great. The staff were good, on the main side, but not as helpful as we have experienced at the Excellence Punta Cana or other resorts. The Excellence side is a different story. The concierge staff was knowledgeable and professional. Although there was a situation where the woman helping us said she upgraded us, but she didn't. We booked the top level room ocean front room. I digress...

"This was our second time at Majestic Mirage and my whole family had a great time. Our room butler Vickiana was super helpful. At one point my mother lost her phone and the whole pool staff, led by Juan Bernardo, sprang into action and helped her find it. Love the food, love the rooms, the beach is beautiful, the staff is great. "

"great hotel for families. They did a nice job at the broadwalk inside the hotel. Many activities for kids and teens. The kids club is 10/10. The best Ive seen so far.
The pools and the beach are super. The only downside is the food. Very poor choices in their buffet. And the rooms are not super clean either. Even though we requested to change the bedding.
