the staff were very good, room was nice.

The TV was too technical for both me and the wife, it needed to be paired with my phone which took me ages to work out, watched a little TV then went for a walk, the TV stopped working when I left the room as it was paired to my phone so the wife wasn't able to watch whilst I was out, came back and could not re pair with the phone after trying for 30min, I gave up and watched video's on my laptop. "Staff were excellent and very friendly. Very helpful and accommodating allowing us to leave luggage there and park early.
Room was relatively tidy, the curtains did not close fully and let a lot of light in. TV did not work well with only 2 channels working. Had a few odd stains on the bed sheets.
Overall though a good stay."

"We had a wonderful stay! The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We especially loved having a separate lounge/living area, which made our stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing.
The pool, spa, and sauna were all exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. It was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
The entire property was welcoming, peaceful, and clearly very well cared for. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to...
