"Lage nach Ankunft mit der Fähre perfekt. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, die Betten bequem. Frühstück war gut und umfangreich, wir hätten uns jedoch auf dem Niveau des Hotels frisches Brot gewünscht statt nur Toadtbrot und süßen Teilchen An der Straße vor dem Hotel kann man nachts bis 8 Uhr früh gratis parken. In der tiefgarage vom Hotel kostet es 35 NZD"

"Parking was easy with a smaller car, staff were friendly and very helpful, I had noted mobility issues in a message with the hotel and whether it was coincidence or not we had an accessible bathroom which was much appreciated. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel however after speaking with other guests in the lift they said it was delicious and the coffee + croissant for $5.00 was great value. Great venue close to the St James Theater "

"A fabulous hotel in the centre of town with a great coffee shop and restaurant. Easy walking everywhere in the cbd. Lovely generous sized rooms. Very good range of amenities and friendly, helpful staff. "
