"The location is very convenient and close to the cathedral st Andre and the hotel de ville. Also about 5 min to most bistros. The staff at reception was amazing. Claire was so professional and knowledgeable she helped us plan our stay. Amande as well as most of the personnel. We recommend this hotel. "An ok stay. The amenities in the foyer are great, really sets you up for a good stay and looking forward to your room. However the room amenities are so basic. Two plugs in the room. Half a cup of tea or coffee available (no milk). Tiny pillows, with only one spare. Worst of all no Fridge in 30 degree heat. Just a little note stating you can have one on request one, which I did, only to be told they don't have any. Location is good, staff are good. Room itself let's it down."

"Hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room , booked for a family of 4 was very cramped and not really accommodating for 4. A family of 3 yes, but way too small for 4. We had a double bed, single sofa bed and mattress on the floor all in a standard double room. Room wasn’t very modern in comparison to the hotel. Separate toilet from bathroom which is always great. However, not really a comfortable stay for 4 , very cramped and uncomfortable. "
