"This property requires lot’s of fixes. For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting much more cleanliness, you can see the layers of dust on top of the trims. There were broken floor transitions, broken wall paneling, broken trims and I even saw broken ceiling tiles, wallpaper seams were visible. So, for the price I paid I didn’t get the quality of the service or the quality property conditions. You can smell the cigarette smoke in some rooms. I can’t write everything that was wrong here either. "

Food order incorrect - reception staff friendly at first but became unhelpfulwhen issue arose.ab out late check out fridge was turned off by cleaning staff and only notice when floor became wet .
