"This property is a gem! Incredibly convenient and comfortable for anyone visiting. We only stayed one night, but the staff was very helpful and nice. The beds are extremely comfortable and air conditioning was key to a very hot couple of days. The amenities are also wonderful."

"Staff were amazing as was the breakfast, however our room was a bit tired and dated looking, even though we paid for a room upgrade. There were no USB charging points in the rooms and the bathroom definitely needs renovating. Also our room was on the second floor, front facing,so the road noise was quite loud. Request a rear view, or a room on a high floor."

"Nice stay for one night at this hotel partly due to an early hospital appointment and partly to take advantage of the aircon during a heatwave! Rooms are compact but adequate with controllable aircon, comfortable beds and a good sized TV. As has been mentioned on other reviews bathrooms have a clear glass door which was fine as privacy is maintained due to the layout of the bathroom. Location is good for the airport and hospital. "Beautiful setting with a upmarket vibe around the complex. Entrance lobby and reception very smart. Staff were helpful. We decided on the cheaper windowless room knowing there was a skylight with natural light. But skylight blind was broken . Room was not cleaned or replenished over the two day stay. Leisure facilities were very good but at £10 per visit per person remember to bare this in mind in price comparisons. Food was reasonable but quite pricey for what it was. All said I would return...

"So extreme heat was the bug bear They were unable to cope air conditioning was not working making the stay unbearable Staff tho really could not be more honest Its not the fault of them at all Room was basic Lots of silly things a miss ,but clean and staff great A new lad was on the bar bless him in all the heat he pulled the best pint and topped it up so pleasant . Breakfast was nice ..however staff there on the tables were miserable :("
