"Very disappointing stay at Langstone Quay Hotel. The room was poorly maintained and several basic amenities were missing despite booking for three guests. Only two mugs and two hot chocolates were provided, and only five pillows instead of six. Reception promised to send another pillow but nothing ever arrived.
The windows in the room were locked shut, making the room extremely uncomfortable. We contacted reception multiple times and were repeatedly told someone would deal with it, but no...

"When we arrived after a long hot journey I would have liked a drink and to relax
Almost every table had many many glasses and bottles on them , even outside
We did find a table and it was dirty
I ordered food and drink and rewards app , but the young guy that served me wasn’t concentrating and I know he didn’t apply it as it was 5%dicount and he short changed me £2

"On arrival first room the a/c was not working - moved to another room told the a/c would be set up before we returned from an evening out.
On our return the second a/c was also not working and a fan had been set up in our room. Considering it was the hottest bank holiday ever we spent a very uncomfortable night in our room and was very relieved to leave early morning."
